This tweet is indicative of the exasperation, desperation and frustration of landlords who can't evict nonpaying tenants, six months after the eviction moratorium expired. If they called their electeds as often as they vented on Twitter, they might get somewhere.

Somebody has to take severe action on the tenants and the NY state for letting small landlords suffer without any rent payment and destroying the property in the name of Erap
